My complaint:
Want credit for an order I never received, or replace the order for me no charges it was already charged as it said was delivered, witch I never received the order
Suggested solution:
I would still like to receive the item that was ordered. A necklace for me my girlfriend. Was supposed to be for Valentine’s Day. It said it was delivered, but it never was. She kept asking me where her gift was. She recommended WISH to me as she shops there and praised your customer service.
Please either give me the credit or send my order that must have never been sent. I want to see how fair your customer service.
