My complaint:
On 102620 I sent back six pair of pants that I bought in a bigger size that still fit even smaller than my regular size. I already had a hard enough time getting them to send me a return label. I sent them back using each individual label attached to each item all in a big USPS box. It arrived on Thursday October 29th and my money for only one item was partially refunded on the 30th. They keep trying to spin me in circles about opening a new rerun ticket for items they have already received. They are trying to run out my refund time so they do not have to refund my $260. There is no way one pair of pants is 9lbs 10oz. All I want is my money returned and they are making it more than difficult and don’t give you the option to resolve it. You cannot refund one item without refunding the rest as they are all in the same box that was received!
Suggested solution:
They need to refund all my money back to my card and stop ripping people off!
