My complaint:

I looked at purchasing something on Wish, put it in my cart, then thought better of it and cancelled. Wish charged me and sent it anyway. It arrived and doesn’t work. I wanted to return it, of course. I couldn’t get into my account. I had to reset my password. The validation info was sent in Russian 3x. Although it said on the website that I could have a code sent to my phone, there was no way to do that. Although it said customer service was available 3 ways, none of them worked. No way to contact them on their website. I Googled and got a phone number. I called it and the robot said they weren’t answering it ever. I emailed them. Although the robot said that if I did manage to email them they would get back to me within 24 hours. Nope.
