My complaint:
This is the most outrageous thing I have ever had to deal with. While on the Geek app, browsing, I went to look at the cart, I hadn’t made a purchase in almost a year because they screwed me before when I never received items but they only refunded the 1.00 product and not the 10.00 shipping. I looked through the long long list of forgotten things and went to EXIT out of the cart to continue browsing ( I look to get ideas but I never buy because they are sneaky tricky scamming pieces of trash site) and I press the X to close the cart and next thing to pop up is YOUR ORDER IS BEING PROCESSED AND ORDER CONFIRMATION BULLSHIT! I DID NOT CHECK OUT! And to top it off, they have NO CANCLE ORDER OPTION!! But if you look up online how to cancle a order they give you plain directions, BUT IT IS A LIE BECAUSE I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE AND I STILL CANNOT CANCLE MY ORDER. THERE IS NO CANCLE ORDER OPTION! It was almost 300 dollars, this is beyond bs.
