My complaint:
My complaint is WISH refuse to refund my pay money for a cancelled order. On 5420, after cancelling a mistaken, order 5eafadde02049f66e71462e0, I received an e-mail ing my cancellation, but arbitrarily deciding to retain my pay back money and deposit it in their accounts. I was left with no order, no pay back money, and no valid reason for retaining and not returning my pay back money. I’ve requested my pay back money (refund) on at least 6 subsequent instances. Their non-response repeatedly declared they had deposited my money in their accounts that only they had the authority to determine who, what, where, and how my money would be used. They determined not to return my money. No reasons were given. Why? I understand that WISH is not BBB accredited and I should have known better.
Suggested solution:
This complaint should be resolved by WISH paying back my money (refunding) to my credit card account for my use any way I want.
