My complaint:
On September 11th 2023. I sent wish back their package and Everytime I try to contact them about my refund. They act like their system. Is down so I have not received any email nor text about my refund. So can someone help me get my refund from them. Plus I even sent them a picture from UPS showing them proof their items was returned.
Suggested solution:
At least they can let me know yes they have received their item. Or let me know if I am still getting my refund back.
