My complaint:
I ordered a mobile on 18th May 20, when I got it I was not happy with some of the functioning. Therefore I contacted wish and arranged a return. The wish return centre received the mobile on the 17th June 20.
I am still waiting for the refund, The wish policy is to process the refund after 14 days after receiving the goods.
I have emailed their customer support almost daily with no joy
Suggested solution:
pay the refund, most of it will be wish cash
