My complaint:
Purchased guitar then requested refundreturn
Send item back via FedEx with tracking number
Received ation that Wish warehouse received this item.
5 weeks since they received I am still waiting for refund.
Contacted Wish support many many times they saying I need to wait for warehouse to they received returned item.
Suggested solution:
Refund full amount I paid for this item
I have evidence they received back returned item
