Complaint: Returning product before it can be picked up at store

My complaint:

For the first time i ordered and had things sent to stores near me. When i finally got a notice telling me an item was available for pick up which was on thanksgiving but of course they are closed. I we the next day and the lady at the store said she needed the scan bar to get my item
When i brought up the notice the scan bar was gone and it said my item was returned and i would receive a refund minus the 29 % shelving fee. The late said the item wasn’t sent back she had one. She said they give you like a month to pick it up. I was not aware that you would charge a shelf fee but mostly that you wouldn’t give some one more then 18 hrs to get there item. Know I just got another notice saying me item was returned do to failure to pick it up. I never was told it was even at the store. This whole way of handling this is totally wrong and professional. I wanted the items and i feel I was ripped off by this company.

Suggested solution:

Give me my items . Give people more notice to get there stuff or really tell people when it is at the store to be picked up. This whole thing needs to be handled better.

How can I include a photo there is no way or how to do it with this issue.
