My complaint:
I haven’t received my Refund after two days and I been canceled and item and returned it and two after they received it [received by (Karen)] and they haven’t notified me via emailed or anything to let me know and when my Refund is gone be returned or nothing. They need better service and people that customers can talk to.
Suggested solution:
By having real communication team that actually converse with you on the situation.
