My complaint:
Ordered jacket 5 Dec 2020. Received 6 Jan. 2021. Item is too small. Went to Wish Contac Support to enquire about return refund. Followed all their instructions. The reply said they apologized for he frustration but the order details that the store correctly fulfilled the order based on what I had selected. As if I did not know that. There is no mention of the fact that I wanted to return the item and receive a refund.
Suggested solution:
They should have addressed my issue - returning the item and receiving a refund. I agree that my order was fulfilled as requested, but I had no idea the item would be too small.
