My complaint:

I ordered several items through wish, all bar 1 have been received the last item was supposed to arrive approx 23rd Jan, its now the 3rd Feb and still no freight and no scanning since China. I went through the wish support app but it is all automated and not allowing me to speak to a real person, the app gave me a refund on the delivery but then says to wait 2nd Feb to 3rd match for delivery.

Suggested solution:

As it's been longer than a month since I ordered this item I'm not prepared to wait another month or possibly even longer for it to arrive if at all. I would like a full refund of the purchase price of this item.
