My complaint:
Customer service is limited to general subjects there is no way to explain my situation.
My order won’t go through unless I pick a local store for package pick up.
I’m not able to do this I need delivery at home I guess I won’t use them again
Suggested solution:
Customer service most have a way to deal with situations in a better way I try all there sites and there is no place for personal situation to be considered for more than 5 years have been a good customer. Now you can't deliver to my address?
