My complaint:
I clearly have the right address to have orders shipped which is at my place of work, 2 x wish merchant sellers didn’t put down a complete address. The first order got delivered somewhere else where the Austin post office claimed they couldn’t retrieve package. Wish won’t refund me and now someone has a free gift at my expense, the 2nd order was refused delivery due to what they the post office claimed is insufficient address and it was returned
. This never b4 was an issue as all packages including any from Amazon always were delivered, I’m now out of close to 200.00 cuz wish refuses to acknowledge the error, so thus tells me it was purposely done.
Suggested solution:
Both orders are to be refunded. It's not my problem their merchant or them can't read an address with NE at the end. One Sansome Street, 40th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104
