My complaint:

I ordered something in May 2020. I asked for a refund several times. They kept saying I count until Aug then September. They would not let me cancel and refund 2 orders. I am requesting now and they are now saying I missed the time frame to return. I’ve paid for something I never received.

Suggested solution:

Return my money since I never received the items.
