My complaint:
I order 6 items on April 11th and the dates of delivery has been pushed back seven times at this point, im very much aware that I won’t be receiving my items, I keep getting excuses and lies, they told me via email my card declined when it didn’t my bank paid for the items them the keep asking me for the item number which I provided every email maybe the just refuse to look at it not sure, im suppose to receive an item today and I’m sure it won’t be here.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund on my new bank card I provided the company via email., the card i use i no longer have
