My complaint:
iI ordered a mobile phone and mixer from Wish and learnt 5 minutes later that my partner had ordered one locally for me and that she no longer needed the mixer. I immediately cancelled the order and requested that the money be refunded to my card. I took a screenshot of my request.
Any time i followed up i was informed it will take 14 days to reflect on my card. When i contacted them today they told me the amount has been refunded to my wish cash and i should REORDER THE ITEM. I have kept pointing that it’s their fault that it was refunded to wish cash and they therefore need to sort it out and refund my money to my card however they are refusing to comply and have now refused to respond to my messages.
Suggested solution:
Refund the amount they took from my card back to my card
