My complaint:
I paid for an item and never received it. Because I clicked on the wait for item a bit longer it was no longer possible to get a refund on the website.
I have send screenshots to show it too.
I have asked for the money back via email – over 120 emails now – and only get copy and paste responses back.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money of £2.20 plus compensation for their inability to resolve this and stress I have endured since May!!
