My complaint:

I bought an item for $51.00. It was supposed to be delivered to a local liquor store. it never was delivered. Wish told me they couldn’t guarantee that it was still coming. I requested my money back. They told me they were having problems authorizing my account. my banking account information has not changed. I sent them a copy of my photo ID three times. They refused to acknowledge that I sent them a copy of my ID. They keep telling me they cannot authorize my account. It has now been 36 days according to their written policy; I was supposed to get an automatic refund after 30 days. They refused to give me my money back and continue to have auto bots responses saying I have to wait two or three days for them to respond. Their customer service phone number has an automatic answering service that tells you to contact them through the app. i have reported them to the B.B.B., attorney general’s office, and I.C.C.C. Wish is deleting people’s comments that are warning others.
