My complaint:

The seller falsely claims the item was delivered on 16 September 2020. Instead of the katana paid for in full the seller sent a very small envelope with a blank piece of paper inside. For the first time I notified Wish of this problem on 22 September 2020 within the 30 days deadline. On 18 October Wish said it appears your package is estimated to be delivered by 11162020. If you still haven’t received your item by or after the date mentioned above, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’re more than happy to help Also on 18 October 2020 another message from Wish said Unfortunately, the refund window for this item closed on 16 Oct 2020. Despite sending 8 (eight) acknowledged messages to Wish Customer Support, the problem is not solved and no refund was considered as required by Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 legislation.

Suggested solution:

Send a full refund within the next 7 working days and complete a Customer Support Department Quality Control and Quality Assurance evaluation.
