Wish complaint: Refusal of refund and cancellation of orders.

My complaint:

Wish support refuses to refund or cancel my orders that is over 6 weeks late. They keep changing the estimated shipping dates claiming it’s on its way and their site shows them shipping the items after my complaints. They claimed Items we’re shipping from the United States when it’s coming from China. They have lied, misrepresented their items and refused to do anything. I’ve already purchased my items from the store due to how long it’s been and I only order gifts online that’ll arrive in time for bdays etc. I want my money refunded to my account NO Wish cash as my family, friends and I am done with wish due to it’s lack of holding up to it’s own guidelines and the poor quality of it’s products. Not to mention customer support is automated responses that never solves the issue. Give me back my hard earned money I’m tired of the lies and false representation your site seems to thrive on. This is the last post I’ll use to ask. Next it’s going to be legal action.

Suggested solution:

Refund my money to the card(s) I purchased with.and remove my account. Without selling my information.
