My complaint:

I ordered a number of items totaling about £250 which included the delivery.these items turned up but we unsuitable as they were breathing equipment and you needed the machine which was way to expensive.i ordered these items on my other phone which had to go back as faulty and was wiped clean.i tried to access my order history on my tablet but these were not there.i have told wish this and they say they can see the items and to go my account for a refund.i sent the items back recorded delivery and tracked the return which wish had signed for.they keep saying to do a number of things to which I have done to get my refund but the items are not on my history when i check so cant do.they took my money for items that were returned.i am a disabled pensioner with really severe health problems and feel they are abusing my situation.this has been going on since march.and I have sent over 60 emails as well as photos of the items and there codes.they are saying I am out of time and not entitled to my refund
