My complaint:
Wish restricted me said l had to many cancellations. Which l did cancel items before they were shipped and also wish had canceled items because they couldn’t deliver products. After l found that they sent me a nasty message l appealed it, in there words l was approved, yes approved to get my own money back, in that message they told me to submit my orders which l did plus order numbers. I sent them messages over and over and have never received a reply to this day. They owe me my money l have no items of Theres .l don’t know who they think they are or they can not comprehend what l send. .They owe me 300 dollars. I have PTSD and to deal with things like this certainly does not help me. My stress goes up anxiety sets in its horrible, but they do not care, to me not only is it cruel it’s heartless.
Suggested solution:
They have access to every last order and cancellation l have made. I want them to do as little research and return my money. This is beyond ridiculous. I have never in my life felt with such idiot morons that act like people are stupid. I want my money back
