My complaint:

I have approximately 6 outstanding items that I have never received from wish. I paid for the product and shipping on these items. I kept up tracking these packages and now all of a sudden it is telling me that it is too late to get my money back but it will give me wish cash. I do not want the wish cash because I do not want to purchase anything when I do not know if I am going to receive it.

They owe me $7.91 for an item never recieved.

Basically they are telling me that the window of opportunity the main to get a refund is over however some of these things in the tracking have you ever got passed wish generated order so it’s pretty obvious that I did not get these items. The seller of these items is the one who should be penalized not me I have paid for items I have not received and I want the money back for them

Well first of all their customer service is nothing. How hard is it to hire a human being to help out your customers number two I have repeatedly been told that I would be contacted within 3 days and after 3 months I haven't been contacted by anybody give me back my money
