My complaint:

I purchased a number of items on Wish.com and was told they would arrive in October 2020. I then WAITED and WAITED and WAITED to receive them (being considerate of the issues with postal deliveries due to Covid). Each time Wish asked me if I wanted to wait I said yes not realising that there was an actual deadline to the Refunds policy period. Now after the Refunds period has expired, I can’t get a refund for the items I purchased and paid for and which I have not received to date (April 2021). I want a REFUND for items paid for and not received!

3 months ago - FOLLOW UP: I have now heard from Wish and they refuse to provide either the items or a refund of money paid. They are using the excuse of the Refund Policy timeframe being expired, that is more than 30 days from the date of Delivery (which never happened) or from Expected Delivery Date (which they bypassed by asking me (via a feature on their website) to wait a little longer, and my being stupid enough to believe them that I will get a delivery and waiting for the items). BUYER BEWARE: DON'T BUY FROM WISH they are not a honourable company and will not provide either the goods or a Refund!
