My complaint:
I placed an order 27th April with a delivery date around 17th may. It didn’t arrive and the delivery date changed to 5th June. I complained and was told if it didn’t arrive by 5th June I could request a refund . 5th June and nothing arrived tried to request a refund wish had changed the delivery date to 15th June. I complained and was told to wait until 15th June and I could be helped then but they have changed the date again now it’s 20th June.
That’s over a month added to the original date. I want my money refunded . They are refusing to refund .
Suggested solution:
Refund me as requested .
