Wish complaint: REFUND NOT INITIATED FOR ORDERED ITEM NOT SUPPLIED

My complaint:

I had placed Order ID: 5e9874b1d07ebb44ad1671f7 on 16th of April, 2020. On 18th April, 2020 i received email ation that my order has been processed. Earlier they showed delivery period of first week of May, then that time period lapsed, they started showing 17 May and when this time period lapsed they are showing Expected 21, April 2020 – Jun 1, 2020.

On tracking their website it is showing April 21, 2020 Arrival at logistics service provider CHINA and since then last tracking detail it shows is May 12, 2020 Arrive at Departure Transit Hub CHINA. IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DELIVER THE ORDERED ITEMS WHY ARE THE ACCEPTING THE ORDERS AND PAYMENTS???? When i try to contact their customer service they replied today i.e. May 23, 2020 that Sorry to hear that there’s something wrong with your order. I tried to contact through mobile on their website contact service but all i get is an automated response.

Suggested solution:

I WANT MY FULL AMOUNT OF $32.55 BACK IMMEDIATELY AND CANCEL MY ORDER WITH THIS FAKE COMPANY.
