My complaint:
I ordered product from Wish which they they didn’t deliver, they issued a Wish Cash for the amount i paid, I used that plus more sum to purchase a Hair Clipper, again they failed 4 pomised dates to deliver, now they are refusing to credit my credit card. Instead they offered Wish Cash only. I believe this is illegal.
1) Wish failed to deliver 1st order despite waiting too long.
2) Wish failed to deliver 2nd order on 1st, 2nd, 3rd 4th delivery date.
3) Now Wish say can only issue Wish Cash,
Can’t refund to my Credit Card
4) At same time All other Hair Clipper promise September delivery.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money to my original method of payment MY CREDIT CARD.
