My complaint:

I placed an order back at the beginning of June ordering 13 items, so far I have only received 4 of these and all 4 were of very poor quality and the sizing was way too small for my daughter. I had to download a returns form for 2 of the items and I sent those back on 29th June and they have been received and signed for but I’ve not had my refund still. I also don’t think it’s acceptable that we have to wait until September for the other items as they will be no good to me by then and I believe the quality will be that bad I will want a refund anyway and I shouldn’t have to download a returns label when I don’t have a printer and pay to send them back. The service I have received is shocking and I’m extremely unhappy I just want my money back

Suggested solution:

Full refund for what I’ve already sent back as they have been delivered and signed for and to cancel all the other items on my order as i have been so disappointed by what I’ve received so far that I do not want them items. My daughter needed clothes Back in June not all the way into September it’s too late now. Shocking service and no answers or questions relevant to me on the wish assistant
