My complaint:
I placed several orders on April 18,2020 however each order was cancelled by Wish due to the fact that I didn’t check out in a specific time do the order price was different so I guess that’s why they WISH stated I would get a refund however the money was taken out from my debit card and NO refund was or is given back to me through the same way they WISH took out. Now they WISH has blocked me from the app and I can’t see anything for the orders I placed and the orders they WISH refund and now I’m going in circles with them WISH and it’s May 10, 2020 and the window is closing I want my money back and Time is of the essence.
Suggested solution:
REFUND My Money back to My Debit card ASAP
