My complaint:
I brought a mobile phone on the 26052020 on wish.com website in error which i paid 40 pound for. I returned it on 06062020 and they signed for it as i sent it by signed for on the 08062020 fior w3hich i have a print out of and certificate of posting. They say they have no record of it in their warehouse retuns depot.
It is to late to make a claim with the Royal mail or bank with chargeback.
Suggested solution:
to refund me 40 pounds as i returned the item straight away in good working order and have proof they received on signed for.
