My complaint:

I purchased the item( transaction ID: 5f9c5bc63c10898a02cf81aa) on 30.10.2020
( invoice ID: 0FV97773FE559131M) paid by PayPal.

I received this item on the 06.11.2020 because it was not as was described on your site I return this item on 07112020 with the above tracking Number. I sent few request and asking for update that, when I am getting my refund? No reply as yet since 25.11.2020.
Would you investigate and update me in this regard.
