My complaint:
I was told by customer support on Sep 21 that if my item from order 5ee060aa4fa25236fca3c03e didn’t arrive by October 17th that i should reach back to them by Nov 1st for a full refund. I contacted them and was told that the refund expired on the 17th of October. If it expired then, why would they tell me to contact them on the 1st of November if it expired on October 17th? I had already contacted them in September when it didn’t arrive when they said it would just for them to tell me to wait until October. Sounds like a way to screw people out of their money.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my money.
