My complaint:

My order was processed on April 14th, 2020, and was delivered to me on May 6th. It was an i11phone that I had purchased for my daughter’s birthday which was on May 15th. Unfortunately, my daughter didn’t like it so on May 28 I returned the phone back. well within the return policy timeframe. when I recently checked my bank statement I realized that my refund was not processed. why? I still have the receipt from Hermes.

I contacted the customer support multiple times to get help but they have not been helpful at all. it seems they don’t even read my emails they just keep sending me the same type of email. very frustrating

my second complaint is that I have been having problem signing into my wish account so I requested for a new password which for some reason I am not receiving any reply.
