My complaint:


There are 5 items that I have ordered and still have yet to received. As you can see on my account it was ordered the beginning of April. I received a partial refund on shipping of those items I still don’t have. During that time I was told if I did not receive my item by july 8th then I was to get a FULL refund. So that date came and mysteriously that part of the communication disappeared but then the date changed to July 12th. It is way past both of those dates. Attached are the snapshots proving the dates and my refund for all items. 

I don’t want the items anymore I have issued a ticket day after day. And I will keep doing it until I receive all my money back. At one point, most of my items were to be received by June 8th. So now it says July 25th? Just like I was promised a full refund by two certain dates. As you can see by the photos and my contact support inquieries.. I was told to request my refund after July 8th but before July 21 and that’s exactly what I did and low and behold that WASNT EVEN AN OPTION ANYMORE. If you weren’t going to stick to your promise then why put it there at all???  I want my money for all 5 items I have not received. I have already been refunded my shipping so now i just want what I paid for each item. Do not tell me to go into my order history and request a refund that way because I have done it over and over and over again. 

Put the money back on my card. I have filed this complaint with
