My complaint:
1st) Received normal thermometer instead of pictured one which is one you just hold up to face.
2nd) Ordered a ring ( postage payment only) I received a small packet which said ring on front but when opened it was a small packet of red sprinkle like powder
Suggested solution:
They are both very severe discrepancies and I should receive my money refunded. I also order quite a lot a product and then when you go to pay for the product it is a lot more money than what it advertises.
They advertise specials for $1.00 only one per day - I have tried to purchase over 600 of these specials and never been successful, I feel this is not credible.
