My complaint:
I ordered and paid for a leather jacket and I received a robe and it was really bad.
I ORDERED THIS FOR MY WIFES BIRTHDAY AND IT IS TOMORROW I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED .
Suggested solution:
I NEED THIS JACKET AND I WANT IT SHIPPED OVER NIGHT i WAS SUPPOSED TO GET THIS JACKET A FEW WEEKS AGO AND DID NOT. i NEED THIS JACKET AND NOW
