My complaint:
Order 600cb6cd4d15a26f2bcc6403 I ordered a 60 inch cat tree play house tower condo furniture scratch post toy bed.
I received a 60 inch cat tree play store and two items were missing. The two pieces that go inside the enclosure with the oval entry way were missing.
Not only did you send me the wrong item, the wrong item was missing parts.
Suggested solution:
1) Tell me how you sent me the wrong item, they dont even look to same ??
2) send me the two missing pieces so I can use the wrong item you sent me
3) take my name off of anything that has to do with your company. Once you send me the missing parts, forget I ever did business with you.
4) the photo u sent you is what I ordered from you, you can see a photo of what you sent me by looking at the order number
