My complaint:
I ordered a hot tub in 1219 ( Intex) on Wish.com, then upon email ation, it was not an Intex hot tub. So, I cancelled the item and decided to wait until after the holidays.
Well, 012020- again on the Wish app, I scrolled for hot tubs chose an Intex tub for $277.55 $12 sh. AND, again the email ation showed a Top Pur Spa NOT the Intex logo on the hot tub. YEP I again cancelled my order. Also, 0120 I choose a Bestwaay 54124 SaluSpa and it arrived 23 Jan 20 at the weight of 89lbs. Per the instructions, the hot tub was set-up. But, it would not hold the air inflated x 3 days of attempts. I requested a return label (9x)
As I was awaiting the return label ( finally got on 0430 ) I tried the Wish app for any updates on hot tubs.
04 Mar 20 against better judgement- I scrolled and scrolled and found a blue Intex 6 person hot tub and purchased it for $211.77
Now as a Disabled Veteran, I am home daily 99.95% of the time and know both UPS FedEx drivers the March hot tub was supposedly delivered 10 Mar 20 (NOT) but the tracking info stated it weighed 2.2lbs.
Yes, I did receive a package from Wish at 2.2 lbs but it was a digital scale.
I have tried sooo many times on the app with customer service and gotten no where. I even wrote a letter to the corporate office in San Francisco with no reply, over this matter.
I have been charged two different amounts for two non- Intex hot tubs and only received one which can’t stay inflated. Not usable.
Suggested solution:
One thing, a corporation not responding to a customer’s letter, is really bad and now they have lost my business ( Along with 10 family friends ).
I will be returning Bestway spa ASAP and will shop elsewhere.
Upon receiving this return, I should be reimbursed for return shipping costs by Whish.com and they should ship an 6- person INTEX hot tub. Since, no shipping carrier, nor neighbors, nor myself nor anyone knows what happened to the hot tub.
