My complaint:
I ordered an item since March, and it’s been 5 months now I still haven’t received the item. It shows in the app that the item is arriving by June and there has been no update as to whereabouts of the item now. I waited a little more because I’m thinking it must have been just delayed. However, as I checked their customer support is useless as I can’t ask whether the item is still coming or what and I can’t even refund the item anymore. I would like to follow up about the whereabouts of the item as to when it is now expected to arrive but to no avail.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund as their app is not even updated regarding the tracking. It’s been 5 months now and there were no new information about the item.
