My complaint:
I ordered hairdressing full length disposable gowns as shown on the photo on the Wish website. I received aprons instead which are not fit for purpose and in no way resemble the photo. I complained and asked for an exchange or refund. They said that the description was of an apron and therefore as described. If that is the case that is very misleading and, I would say, a scam. Also, if that is the case, the description is for a full length item and these are not.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund. I feel that I have been conned. The item in the photograph should match the description and should be what I receive. I am a barber who has been closed for over 3 months due to Covid. I do not have the money to waste and am angry that this is how Wish treat customers. They have sold over-priced and misleading products for gain at a time when people are suffering. This is unacceptable.
