My complaint:

I ordered a Nail drill from Wish on May 28 – I received a ation e-mail and my credit card was debited the following day. The drill was advertised for $43-84 and delivery was $12-00. After checking daily for a tracking number, I received a message from Wish Support stating unfortunately, it appears that this item is no longer in stock. However, we found some alternatives we can ship at no additional cost to you I looked on their site and found the exact same drill from the exact dame vendor and I requested it – but I was charged a second time – only I was charged $51-00 for the drill and $19.00 for delivery. Neither drill have been shipped yet.I have tried to deal with Wish but they just keep telling me I have to wait for the order… I can’t cancel anything

Suggested solution:

I would like ONE nail drill supplied as per my original request, same nail drill - or they should not be advertising it - no more fees - a FULL REFUND of $ 70-00 ASAP to my credit card for the second purchase and for then to learn a little about customer service!They could also, given the amount of time I have spent waiting following up etc , as a gesture of good faith, perhaps waive the delivery fee, but I won't hold my breath. - screenshot of Wish Support message is attached - it does show the product.
