I placed an order for a Lapiz Lazuli ball on the 18th May 2020.
Trying to access support the bot says the item is out of stock it will find alternative items. It comes back and finds none. However the shop is still advertising these items and there are other similar items for sale.
There is no way to address an issue like this as the bot only allows specific requests. Also no way to ask the seller a question.
Please tell me what is going on. If wish really knew the item was out of stock it could have notified me a long time ago. How else can I raise a complaint if there is no way to do this on wish.
