My complaint:
I ordered 2 Tablets that were being shipped from Ohio to Colorado via UPS. I received am email from Wish 1hour after product was to be marked delivered by UPS. There was no package on my porch or mail box. UPS policy states shipper must file lost item complaint with them not receiver. Wish keeps saying possibly delayed please wait a little longer.
Suggested solution:
Wish needs to file appropriately with UPS to see if went to wrong house or issue a refund.
