My complaint:

I ordered a filter for my refrigerator in May, and haven’t received it. Two weeks ago, I messaged Wish asking to cancel the order and get my money back since the latest delivery is now September.
No response from Wish.

Suggested solution:

Cancel my order and refund my money.
