My complaint:

I ordered what was to be a galaxy S20 pro 5G. what I recieved was a phone that when I turned it on the boasted 4G. I could have lived with that, but trying to get the phone activated with my provider I had to give them the IMEI number and they told me the phone was 3G (which is being phased out here in the US. I have made several attempts with customer service and feel they are trying to stretch this out till the 30 day return expires. This phone was purchased on 12252020 and arrived 01082021. Everytime I have contact with someone, they’re asking for a picture. my complaint has about 10 pictures to be referenced. they say they received an answer from the seller that the product is as described, which it is not.

Suggested solution:

refund my money and accept the return
