My complaint:

i ordered 2 WII remotes on 542020. The item was taking too long do I attempted to cancel order. After 3rd or 4th attempt at canceling I received a refund for the shipping but not the product. I have attempted to cancel numerous times and each time I am told I have to wait til some date in the future. I have sent multiple emails where finally I was told if product is not received by September 10th I will receive a refund. I went to put in another request to cancel today 992020 and was told it is too late to recive a refund. I have all email and screenshots to verify my many requests to cancel. The status stills shows last location China so it has not shipped yet. Therr is no reason why I have not received a refund as the tracking shows it has not shipped. It is truly dishonest and unfair sales tactics to take my money and refuse a refund if there is no product.
