My complaint:

My order was never delivered. When I enquired about it I was asked if I wanted to wait or get a credit note… I said I would wait as i didn’t want a credit…and when I returned to the site I was told It was past my 30 day refund window… I never knew I only had a thirty day refund window… im disgusted, and have now registered my complaint on

Suggested solution:

Either refund me for what I never recieved... or at least give me a credit note.

I was getting impatient as in the us, we are used to punctuality. We know it might be a day late. I didn’t know they have a month window to deliver.
My order was supposed to arrive between 02/22/2021-03/22/21 I believe that’s what the note said I only processed in my head the first date. Today 03/05/2021 I received the merchandise, several items my shoes fit, non of the clothing does, next time I will know to order at least tow sizes up. I hope I don’t get a night gown lol.
