My complaint:
I purchased an item (face mask to be exact) and it kept saying “Arriving” but never came and I paid for it.
Suggested solution:
I would like for them to resend me a new product for it to arrive as an establishment should make sure paying customers receive the product they paid for otherwise it’s like the company is robbing people out of money. If they cannot send me a new item I would want my refund back.
