My complaint:
January 19-20 are the dates that i ordered a certain product. Estimated to arrive around march 10. But it still did not arrive. I cannot contact their customer service. Now it is said to arrive at april 10. But it still never came. I tried contacting the customer service but nothing lets me. Is this a scam? I gave less than a thousand pesos just to get the item only to get nothing? If they wont deliver my rightful order to me then at least allow us to get a refund. We did not want to waste money just so you refuse to deliver our ordered product that we needed? Give us our money back! This is my first time shopping and this service is annoying! If you wont deliver our item then give our money back!!!
